January, 2009. On-Word Bound Books is pleased to announce the release of their first yoga title: The Yamas & Niyamas: Exploring Yoga's Ethical Practice.
In this book, each Yama and Niyama has been given its own chapter in which the philosophy of the guideline is woven with practical examples and stories. At the end of the chapter a list of questions is provided for group or self study.
This book is perfect as a textbook for an in-depth study of the Yamas & Niyamas but it serves just as well as a self-help book for an individual. See our yoga products page for more information.
