Shipping
U.S. Customers:
We ship through the USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail or through UPS - delivery takes from 2-9 days. All orders must be pre-paid. Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
Customers Outside of the U.S:
We ship through the USPS Flat-Rate Global Priority Mail Box - delivery can take 4 to 14 days. All orders must be pre-paid. We accept payments in U.S. dollars only via credit card. Shipping and handling charges vary by country.
Returns
Books:
An unblemished book may be returned for credit or refund if returned within 1 month of the original invoice date. Unblemished books are not torn, scuffed, damaged, or defaced in any way. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment. Shipments must be returned postage-paid to On-Word Bound Books LLC / 803 E. 5th Street / Duluth, MN 55805. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
DVD's:
No returns on books with opened DVD's.
Defective DVD's will be replaced at no cost.
