Shipping for U.S. Customers
We ship through the USPS Media Mail, Priority Mail or through UPS - delivery takes from 2-9 days. We accept checks, money orders and credit cards. Credit card payments can be made by calling us at 218-525-5282. Shipping costs are calculated by weight.
Shipping for customers outside of the U.S.
We ship through the USPS Flat-Rate Global Priority Mail Box - delivery can take 4 to 10 days. Shipping and handling charges vary by country. We accept payments in U.S. dollars only, via an international money order or credit card number. Credit card payments can be made via email invoice (email us at orders@onwordboundbooks.com) or by calling us at 218-525-5282.
Returns
An unblemished book may be returned for credit or refund if returned within 1 month of the original invoice date. Unblemished books are not torn, scuffed, damaged, or defaced in any way. A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return shipment. Shipments must be returned postage-paid to On-Word Bound Books LLC / 803 E. 5th Street / Duluth, MN 55805. Shipping and handling fees are not refunded.
No returns on books with opened DVD's.
